The staff here is polite and helpful, exceeding expectations, and the location is conveniently close to the Plateau Art Center.

ok, i didn't expect a luxury service (for what I paid) but they didn't change the used towels on the second day and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It's near a metro station but during the week it closes at 00.15, one hour later at weekend. WI-Fi zone is only in the hall. Last but not least, I reccommend you not to choose the rooms in the summer because you might feel into a oven!

I was happy with the spacious and newly decorated classic twin room that had a clean private bathroom, and the location was ideal in a peaceful part of the city.

The hotel itself is so so. The Parc des Buttes Chaumont nearby is very interesting and good for running and working out.

The location is easy to find from Rue Botzaris but you can get lost inside the area if you walk around.

Staff is really really poor at the hotel. at the time of checkin peerson at the reception took wasted more than 30 minutes while searching for the papers. He is not sure only about his own records and made me to stand at the reception for more than 30 minute.Then Wifi is available only at the ground floor. no wifi availability in the room.

The hot water system worked.

This is nothing like a three star hotel. Bed was comfortable enough (just about), hot water was hot, but that was it. Room bleak and no decor, no drawers to put clothes in, bath plug didn't work, plastic beakers instead of glasses. Calling this a three star hotel arouses false expectations.
